At one of Paul Toledo’s farms in Alta Mogiana, Franca, Brazil, coffee bushes have just bloomed in full bloom. It is a festive moment that is also fragile. Weather changes, the risk of frost, or severe droughts in recent years – all of this can affect how coffee grows. Paulo and his entire team make every effort to ensure that their coffees are of the highest quality every year. The celebration of flowers therefore also means a great commitment for many more months before it will be possible to taste coffee from these coffee bushes.
