Did you know that our Brazilian coffee comes from two different varieties – Yellow Catuaí and Yellow Bourbon?

 Bourbon is a variety known for being one of the most culturally and genetically important C. arabica varieties in the world with excellent quality in the cup at the highest altitudes.
 Catuaí is a pretty compact plant with high yielding potential with very good susceptibility to coffee leaf rust.
