Since the beggining of December our colleagues Jakub and Lukáš work with the farmers from Rwenzori Mountains (Uganda) and supervise processing of the coffee at the washing station. The hardest thing is to explain to the farmers the system of sorting by colour as most of them have never tasted a cup of coffee.
