Beautiful coffee farm, with iconic, more then 300 years old, jequitiba and cedar trees. Paulo replanted 40 ha new coffee trees mainly Catuai Amarelo. Patio and technological equipment was renovated and renew. 25 ha of coffee farm has water irrigation. On the farm live permanently 3 families. Manager of the farm Jose also take care of 40 horses at farm.

Farm is structured on different sections with two different coffee varieties – Yellow Catuai and Red Mundo Nuovo. There is also 30 ha of wild nature that give living space for animals. To total size of the farm is 130 ha with 100 ha of coffee (50 ha Munodo Nuovo and 50 ha Catuai Amarelo).
